Eclectic Logistics operates with a driver-focused culture in Memphis, providing flexible schedules and a professional environment. You’ll move flatbed freight using reliable, late-model equipment while receiving consistent operational support.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure, tarping, and haul flatbed freight safely across assigned lanes.
Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
Keep precise trip records and comply with hours-of-service and DOT rules.
Communicate with dispatch and leverage 24/7 support for logistics.

Compensation & Opportunity: Earn 80% of gross (avg weekly $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own program to gain ownership within a year; drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet & rider-friendly and a 90-day test drive.
