Join Eclectic Logistics in Miami, FL and take a structured route toward truck ownership while hauling flatbed freight in modern 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment. Our culture prioritizes driver satisfaction, dependable support, and workable schedules for long-term success.

Compensation & Perks:

80% of gross pay; average weekly gross between $7,500–$10,000. Benefit features include a 90-day test drive, pet and rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, and systematic equipment inspections.

Responsibilities:

Operate flatbed rigs safely; secure, tarp, and protect loads.
Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report issues promptly.
Keep accurate ELD/log records and communicate with dispatch for efficient route execution.
