Eclectic Logistics is recruiting flatbed drivers in Minnetonka, MN for a lease-purchase track that supports career growth and equipment ownership. The role focuses on moving flatbed freight safely, maintaining truck readiness, and delivering excellent customer service.

What the role involves:

Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed loads using industry-standard techniques.
Conduct detailed inspections before and after trips and report findings.
Liaise with dispatch and use 24/7 support to handle routing, delays, or equipment issues.

Offer summary: Compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment, enjoy a pet/rider-friendly policy, a 90-day test drive, and a one-year lease-to-own path.
