Key responsibilities:

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and address basic maintenance needs.
Secure flatbed loads with chains, binders and tarps, following DOT and industry standards.
Coordinate deliveries with dispatch, meet schedule expectations, and keep detailed logbook records.

This opportunity pays 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500-$10,000 and includes a lease-to-own path to ownership in one year. Drivers operate 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks, receive a 90-day test drive, enjoy pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and structured equipment inspections.
