Join Eclectic Logistics as a lease-purchase flatbed operator based in Muncie, IN, running modern 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner trucks. This role centers on safe flatbed hauling, proactive equipment care, and efficient coordination with dispatch to meet delivery commitments.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain assigned flatbed tractor-trailer.
Secure, tarp and handle diverse loads following industry securement standards.
Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report equipment issues.
Communicate with dispatch and support to ensure on-time deliveries.

Opportunity: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000, access a lease-to-own path to ownership in one year, a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policies, and 24/7 driver support.
