This lease-purchase flatbed role combines steady freight exposure with a clear path to equipment ownership while operating well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units.

Key responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed trailers and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
Secure, tarp and protect diverse loads; ensure proper load securement and safe delivery.
Coordinate with dispatch and manage scheduling to meet routing expectations.
Maintain lease equipment and follow inspection protocols.

We offer 80% of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000 weekly), a one-year lease-to-own option, pet & rider-friendly policies, 24/7 driver support, and a 90-day test drive to confirm fit.
