- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Compensation pays 80% of gross with weekly gross typically between $7,500 and $10,000.
What you will do:
- Load, secure, and transport flatbed freight safely across assigned lanes.
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain accurate trip documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch to meet delivery timelines and service expectations.
Driver advantages: pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive to assess the program.
