Eclectic Logistics is expanding in New Berlin, WI and offers a lease-purchase flatbed role focused on driver success and ownership potential. Expect a mix of regional and over-the-road flatbed assignments, professional load securement, and strict adherence to DOT and electronic log protocols.

Primary responsibilities:

Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
Secure, transport, and deliver flatbed freight safely and on schedule.
Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and communication with dispatch.

Drivers earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and can pursue ownership within a year through the lease-to-own program. Additional advantages include pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, formal inspection processes, 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment, and a 90-day test drive.
