Eclectic Logistics is a modern transportation firm focused on quality service and driver satisfaction, offering flexible schedules across the New York City area. As a lease-purchase flatbed operator you'll run flatbed loads regionally and on longer lanes while working toward ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain flatbed equipment, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
Secure, tarp, and brace freight using proper load-securement techniques and DOT-compliant procedures.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and accurate ELD/trip documentation.

What We Provide:

Competitive pay: 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own in 1 year.
2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs, 90-day test drive, pet & rider-friendly policy, equipment inspections, and 24/7 driver support.
