Eclectic Logistics hires lease-purchase flatbed drivers based in Owasso, OK who want a flexible, professional carrier with supportive operations. You will transport flatbed freight, ensure securement meets industry standards, and deliver on schedule while upholding safety and service expectations.

Core Responsibilities:

Operate flatbed tractor-trailers and perform detailed pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
Secure loads with chains, straps, binders and tarps following proper load securement practices.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and accurate trip/equipment records.
Comply with DOT and state safety regulations.

This position includes a lease-to-own path (ownership in about one year), 80% pay split, modern 2019–2020 equipment, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
