Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed operators in Owensboro, KY, delivering flexible, driver-first opportunities. Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000 and pursue ownership through a one-year lease-to-own program. Equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate flatbed tractors safely and secure freight using correct tarping and tie-down methods.
Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and promptly report service needs.
Maintain logs, coordinate with dispatch, and manage trip documentation.

Drivers benefit from a pet and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
