Eclectic Logistics provides a driver-first environment in Philadelphia for experienced flatbed operators seeking a clear path to ownership. You will run flatbed routes, manage freight handling and on-time deliveries while upholding safety and compliance standards.

What you'll do:

Operate and maintain modern tractors and flatbed trailers, completing pre- and post-trip inspections.
Secure, tarp, and load cargo using industry-standard load-securing techniques.
Maintain accurate logs, communicate with dispatch, and meet scheduled appointments.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a 1-year lease-to-own option. Drivers work with 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units, enjoy pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, structured equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
