  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Drive modern Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models, earn 80% of gross revenue (roughly $7,500–$10,000 per week), and progress toward ownership in just 12 months, all within a supportive culture.

Core Duties:

  • Operate flatbed equipment on regional lanes
  • Secure freight with proper load techniques
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks
  • Maintain compliant logs and reports
