Eclectic Logistics seeks qualified flatbed drivers in Raleigh, NC for a lease-purchase route program that prioritizes flexible work and equipment quality. Daily duties include loading and securement, tarping, routine inspections, and professional customer interactions while operating regional lanes.

Your Responsibilities:

Load, secure, and tarp flatbed freight to industry standards.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report issues.
Work closely with dispatch to manage schedules and delivery windows.

Opportunity & Benefits:

Compensation: 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000; lease-to-own within one year and access to 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Includes pet/rider policy, 24/7 support, inspection procedures, and a 90-day test drive.
