Eclectic Logistics blends innovative logistics with a supportive work environment. From Richmond, you'll serve as a lease-purchase flatbed operator transporting secured loads on regional routes, performing professional load securement and tarping, and maintaining accurate DOT logs and vehicle condition reports.

Compensation & equipment:

Earn 80% of gross; typical weekly gross ranges $7,500–$10,000.
Lease-to-own program helps drivers progress to ownership within one year; fleet consists of 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.

Support & expectations:

Pet- and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, required pre/post-trip inspections, and a 90-day test drive option.
