Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)
  • No balloon payment

Take home 80% of gross revenues—typically $7,500–$10,000 weekly—while working toward full ownership of late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner trucks within 12 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure and haul flatbed loads safely on regional hauls
  • Complete detailed pre- and post-trip checks
  • Keep accurate logs and comply with DOT standards
