Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers serving Rockville, MD. Drive modern 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner tractors while advancing toward ownership within approximately one year. Compensation is 80% of gross, with weekly gross commonly between $7,500 and $10,000.

Daily Work & Responsibilities:

Secure flatbed freight, apply tarps, and ensure safe transport to destination.
Carry out pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and report defects.
Keep thorough trip documentation and coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing.
