Join Eclectic Logistics in Saint Cloud, MN to operate flatbed routes under a lease-purchase plan that moves you toward ownership. You'll run regional and long-haul freight, prioritize safe load securement, and keep equipment road-ready while collaborating with an experienced dispatch team.

What you'll do:

Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed loads using industry-standard restraint methods.
Conduct detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any issues.
Communicate proactively with dispatch and 24/7 support to manage routing and delays.

Pay & equipment: Compensation is 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000). Drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units, enjoy a pet/rider-friendly policy, and a 90-day test drive while progressing toward lease-to-own within one year.
