Daily Responsibilities:

Secure loads using chains, tarps, binders and proper load‑securement techniques.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
Coordinate with dispatch and customers to meet delivery windows and handle paperwork.

Compensation & Equipment:

Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
Lease-to-own program enables ownership within one year; fleet includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner.

Drivers benefit from a pet and rider‑friendly policy, 24/7 support, structured equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
