Eclectic Logistics invites skilled flatbed drivers in Smyrna, TN to join a lease-purchase program designed for career growth and reliable earnings. The role involves hauling flatbed freight across regional and interstate routes, performing tarping and tie-downs, and maintaining DOT inspection records and ELD logs. Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000. Our lease-to-own pathway helps drivers move toward ownership within a year while operating quality 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.

Primary duties:

Operate tractor-trailer flatbeds safely on assigned lanes.
Secure loads, tarp cargo, and adhere to cargo securement standards.
Complete pre/post-trip inspections and accurate logkeeping.
Work closely with dispatch to meet schedules.

Support includes a pet & rider-friendly policy, 24/7 assistance, regular inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
