Primary duties:

Safely haul and secure flatbed freight on regional and OTR lanes.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and document equipment conditions.
Keep accurate trip records, follow DOT rules, and coordinate with dispatch and load planners.

You’ll enter a lease-purchase plan earning 80% of gross (avg $7,500–$10,000 weekly) with a path to ownership in one year. Drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner rigs with pet/rider policies, 24/7 driver support, and a 90-day test drive to ensure a smooth start.
