Eclectic Logistics combines innovative logistics with a supportive driver culture, offering opportunities across The Bronx and NYC. In this lease-purchase flatbed position you'll manage securement and transport of flatbed loads while building equity toward ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely drive and care for flatbed trucks, performing required inspections and routine upkeep.
Employ correct load securement, bracing, and tarping methods to protect freight and meet DOT rules.
Maintain precise ELD logs, paperwork, and clear communication with operations.

What We Provide:

80% of gross pay; weekly averages $7,500–$10,000 and a 1-year lease-to-own path.
Late-model 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment, 90-day test drive, pet and rider allowance, regular inspections, and 24/7 driver support.
