Key Responsibilities:

Handle late-model flatbed tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner)
Secure, haul, and deliver freight safely and on schedule
Perform thorough equipment inspections and maintain logs
Collaborate with dispatch for route planning

Compensation & Program Highlights:

80% gross pay share, targeting $7,500–$10,000 weekly
One-year lease-to-own plan toward ownership
