Role overview:

Operate flatbed tractor-trailers safely across regional and long-haul lanes; secure and protect freight with proper tarping and load securement.
Perform DOT-compliant inspections and follow company maintenance protocols.
Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and maintain communication with dispatch.

Compensation is 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000. Drivers receive a 1-year lease-to-own path, 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policies, and 24/7 support.
