Eclectic Logistics is hiring flatbed drivers in Winston-Salem, NC for a lease-purchase track that balances strong earnings with ownership opportunities. Roles focus on transporting and securing flatbed loads, performing required inspections, and upholding safety and DOT compliance on regional hauls.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely load, secure, and tarp cargo to industry standards; ensure load stability.
Conduct detailed pre/post-trip inspections and document findings.
Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows and customer expectations.

Opportunity & Benefits:

Receive 80% of gross pay with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own option in one year; operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 driver support, inspection protocols, and a 90-day test drive are included.
