Pay & Equipment: Earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000; drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units and participate in a lease-to-own program targeted at ownership within one year.

Typical Duties:

Load, secure, tarp, and deliver flatbed freight with attention to cargo integrity.
Perform required equipment inspections and document any discrepancies.
Keep accurate trip records and work within company operational standards.
