Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Vacancy Description

Eclectic Logistics offers advanced flatbed opportunities in Youngstown, OH, prioritizing driver comfort and modern equipment.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct regional flatbed deliveries in and around Youngstown with safe load management
  • Use ELD technology and follow DOT safety guidelines

Compensation & Equipment:

  • Take home 80% of gross, averaging $7,500–$10,000 weekly
  • Attain truck ownership in one year through our lease-purchase program
  • Operate late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner rigs
