Eclectic Logistics presents a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity in Youngstown that supports drivers with equipment quality and a path toward ownership.

What you'll do:

Operate late-model tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) and perform routine maintenance.
Secure and transport flatbed loads, applying best practices for tie-downs, tarping, and load balance.
Perform detailed pre/post-trip and inspection procedures and record findings.
Maintain logs and work closely with dispatch and shippers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Pay is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own option within one year. Drivers also receive pet and rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
