Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers serving Yukon, OK who value a driver-first culture and predictable freight opportunities. In this role you'll move flatbed freight, perform industry-standard securement, and maintain on-time deliveries with professional customer service.

Core Responsibilities:

Operate flatbed rigs and perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Secure loads with chains, straps, tarps, and binders in accordance with best practices.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and document trips and equipment status.
Adhere to DOT and state safety requirements.

The position includes an 80% pay split with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000, a lease-to-own track to ownership in about a year, 2019–2020 Peterbilt/Kenworth/Freightliner equipment, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
