Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Abilene, TX by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Operate modern dry vans less than three years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers. Our competitive package starts at 77 CPM split plus 2 CPM for hazardous loads, yielding weekly averages around 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute safe transport of hazardous materials
- Maintain compliance with all regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintenance
