Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Become part of HMD’s Alexandria, LA division transporting dry van HAZMAT loads across the country. Holding a CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement and 12+ months’ OTR experience, you’ll partner on long‐haul routes in under-3-year-old trucks with APU, inverter, and sleeper.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to run around 5,000 miles each week
- Safely handle hazardous freight in compliance with DOT standards
- Complete inspections and maintain accurate logs
Enjoy 77 CPM pay plus 2 CPM extra for hazmat, biweekly home time, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
