Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Ankeny, IA
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer a strong pay structure beginning at 60 CPM, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads, with weekly averages nearing 2,500 miles. Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals enhance your earnings.

Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.
- A strong focus on safety and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
