Hazmat Company Truck Driver W2 - Appleton, WI
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight nationwide. Our competitive mileage pay starts at 77 CPM Split, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads, with average weekly miles of about 5,000. We also offer bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks (less than 3 years old) with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
