Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer matching contributions available

Operate late-model tractors under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters, and ample sleeper space.
Key Duties:
- Transport hazardous materials safely and on schedule
- Ensure adherence to FMCSA and HAZMAT regulations
- Coordinate closely with your driving partner
Our Offer:
- 77¢/mile base pay plus 2¢/mile Hazmat premium
- Weekly averages near 5,000 miles with safety and clean-inspection bonuses
