Requirements

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat

Vacancy Description

Benefit Trucking’s Ashland, NE office blends strong safety protocols with driver-focused support. We’re looking for dedicated OTR Dry Van + HazMat teams to deliver essential freight on regional and long-distance routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport hazmat and dry van shipments
  • Comply with all DOT and company safety requirements
  • Keep precise logs and delivery documentation
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
