Hazmat Company Truck Driver (W2) - Baltimore, MD

HMD Trucking is on the lookout for skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight across the nation. With us, you can expect:

  • Competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
  • Weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles.
  • Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Our drivers are equipped with modern trucks that are less than 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers. We provide reliable in-house maintenance support, ensuring you’re always on the road safely.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.77 Split
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

  • Orientation Pay: $150
