Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Baton Rouge, LA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Become part of HMD’s team running dry van HAZMAT freight nationwide from Baton Rouge, LA. With at least 12 months of CDL A experience and a Hazmat endorsement, you'll tackle long hauls alongside a co-driver in state-of-the-art trucks under three years old.
Responsibilities:
- Team up to log around 5,000 miles weekly
- Safely transport hazardous materials per federal regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain compliance
Benefit from competitive pay at 77 CPM plus 2 CPM for hazmat loads, dependable freight schedules, home every two weeks, and full health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.
