Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Burlington, VT by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Compensation begins at 77 CPM split, plus 2 CPM on Hazmat, equating to around 5,000 miles weekly.
Role Highlights:
- Secure transport of hazardous materials in dry vans
- Adherence to FMCSA and DOT safety requirements
- Accurate record-keeping and electronic logging
