HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Cedar Rapids, IA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight nationwide.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Mileage pay starts at 60 CPM, plus 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Average weekly mileage around 2,500.
- Bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Home bi-weekly with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
What You Need:
- Valid CDL A license and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Ability to safely transport hazardous materials.
- Be part of a driver-focused team that prioritizes safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
