HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Clayton, DE
Become part of the HMD Trucking team as an experienced OTR Solo CDL A Driver, transporting HAZMAT freight throughout the country.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, with an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Weekly averages of approximately 2,500 miles.
- Incentives for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
