HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Clayton, DE
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to manage HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, leading to weekly averages of approximately 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.

Qualifications:
- CDL A license with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- Hazmat endorsement required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
