Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • Hazmat endorsement
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Vacancy Description

Drive with HMD Trucking’s OTR Team in Concord, NC, managing hazardous material shipments coast-to-coast in state-of-the-art Dry Vans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport HAZMAT under federal, state, and local regulations
  • Keep accurate driving logs and delivery documentation
  • Collaborate with co-driver for efficient route execution

Perks & Pay:

  • Pay starting at 77¢/mi split plus 2¢/mi on hazmat freight
  • Modern trucks under 3 years old with APUs, inverters, and sleeper berths
  • Weekly averages of 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals
