HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Cranston, RI
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers to transport HAZMAT freight nationwide.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat cargo.
- Weekly mileage averages around 2,500 miles.
- Bonus opportunities for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Drivers will enjoy:
- Late-model trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Regular home time every two weeks.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of verifiable driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
