HazMat Company Truck Driver (W-2) - Davenport, IA
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Solo CDL A Drivers for HAZMAT freight across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Competitive pay structure starting at 60 CPM, and an additional 4 CPM for hazmat transportation.
- Weekly mileage averages of approximately 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses available for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license with at least 12 months of OTR experience.
- Must be capable of safely handling hazardous materials.
- Join HMD and be part of a team that values safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
