Hazmat Company Truck Driver (W2) - Dell Rapids, SD
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for HAZMAT freight transportation across the nation. We provide competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an extra 4 CPM for hazmat loads, averaging around 5,000 miles weekly, coupled with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeping areas.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A with a minimum of 12 months of driving experience and Hazmat endorsement.
- A strong focus on safety and a commitment to teamwork are crucial.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
