HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Detroit, MI
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A drivers to haul HAZMAT freight throughout the country.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Mileage pay begins at 60 CPM, increasing to 64 CPM for hazmat loads.
- Weekly average of around 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and driver referrals.
- Drive modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
