Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Duluth, MN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

From Duluth, MN, HMD Trucking is looking for seasoned OTR team drivers holding a CDL A and Hazmat endorsement.
Transport dry van Hazmat freight nationwide in under-3-year rigs equipped with APUs, inverters and spacious sleepers.
Our in-house maintenance team ensures reliable, well-kept equipment.
Key Duties:
- Partner to deliver Hazmat loads safely
- Maintain compliance and accurate logbooks
- Coordinate long-haul journey planning
Receive competitive pay at 77¢/mi split and an extra 2¢/mi on Hazmat lanes, with weekly bonuses for safety and referrals.
With home every three weeks, full medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k), you’ll join a supportive, safety-first fleet.
