Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Eden Prairie, MN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Drivers operate late-model tractors (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleeper berths, supported by reliable in-house maintenance. Enjoy home time every two weeks and comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport hazardous materials in compliance with FMCSA and Hazmat regulations
- Perform accurate logkeeping and thorough pre-trip inspections
- Maintain equipment standards and safety protocols
