Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Join HMD Trucking’s Egan, SD team and partner on OTR dry van HAZMAT hauls coast to coast with pay starting at 77 CPM split (+2 CPM on HAZMAT).
Core Duties:
- Operate in a two-driver CDL A team for safe HAZMAT transport
- Comply with federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Execute detailed pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
Run around 5,000 miles weekly in modern trucks featuring APU, inverter, and sleeper perks. Benefit from dedicated maintenance support, home every three weeks, plus bonuses and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
