Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience

Benefits

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
  • +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
  • +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
  • Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

  • Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe transport of hazardous and dry van cargo
  • Adhere to federal, state, and company regulations
  • Maintain thorough logs and load documentation
  • Perform detailed pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

Take advantage of split pay at $0.77–$0.84 per mile, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) matching, paid time off, biweekly home time, plus safety and productivity rewards.
